Halloween on Gondert 2008

Between the gothic stones above the graves and curdling groans. Gargoyles peer from old stone walls, the clock strikes twelve. Midnight falls. Spirits and creatures rise from hell brought back this night by an old church bell. Hideous faces, rattling chains, this is a place where Halloween reigns. Flapping wings of flying bats and the prying eyes of old black cats. The witching hour has come to call reviving the dead, one and all. The November wind sheiks loud and clear while shapes in flowing shrouds appear. So those of you who would bravely dare to meet All Hollow’s evil stare. Know the warning and heed the power be at Gondert by the witching hour.

2008—Halloween is on us once again. Get out your thinking caps and craft supplies and start working on that costume! Every year has been bigger and better than the previous year and this year should be no exception. I’ve met so many new people through the DCS—it will be exciting to see how big a crowd and the different costumes we’ll have on-hand, this year. Hope to see you all then.
